HDFC Bank allotted shares to employees under its Employees Stock Options Scheme As on : 16-Sep-26  15:31

HDFC Bank Limited announced today the allotment of 25,21,106 equity shares to employees, pursuant to the exercise of options/RSU’s under its Employees Stock Options Scheme s (ESOS), increasing the bank’s paid-up share capital from 15,41,41,79,062 equity shares to 15,41,67,00,168 equity shares.
